At HOPE Missions, we are blessed to have volunteers who pour their hearts into serving our community. This month, we are thrilled to spotlight Eleanor Walters, one of our most dedicated warming center volunteer servants.
Eleanor exemplifies what it means to serve selflessly. She is always the first to respond when help is needed and the first to arrive, ready to make a difference. Her phenomenal dedication ensures that every guest at the warming center feels welcome, cared for, and safe.
Thank you, Eleanor, for being a shining light and inspiration to all of us at HOPE Missions. Your commitment is a true testament to the power of compassion and community!
Make an Impact today
The Warming Center is a vital community effort, and we cannot do it alone. Much like the shower trailer five years ago, this initiative is for our entire community. HOPE Missions hosts the center, but it requires the hands and hearts of many to make it possible.
We need your help. If you are a church or small group that would like to step up and serve. We encourage you to pick a night to be the hands and feet of Jesus for those who might otherwise face freezing conditions. Our county has only one emergency shelter, and as followers of Christ, we are called to act.
To get involved, please fill out our volunteer form below!
We’d love to talk about how your church or small group can support this life-saving operation.

Together, we can bring warmth, safety, and hope to our community.
