We are incredibly blessed by the presence of the volunteer servants who embrace our mission of service and compassion. We are honored to shine a spotlight on Mallie Wheeler, a humble soul with a heart full of service. From her very first day, Mallie fit right in, seamlessly embracing our purpose and mission.
Every week, Mallie faithfully serves breakfast to our guests with a sweet smile that brings warmth and comfort to those around her. Her genuine kindness and unwavering dedication have touched the lives of many. Mallie’s humble spirit truly reflects the heart of HOPE Missions.
We are beyond grateful for her commitment and the joy she brings to our community. Mallie, thank you for being a shining example of servant leadership and for making a lasting difference in the lives of all who walk through our doors. Your dedication inspires us all.
Mallie is one of three in our Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), administered by Goodwill (Marlo Saunders) and funded by the Department of Labor. Our SCSEP “trainees” work tirelessly to support our mission, particularly in providing services to the community. Their commitment and service reflect the positive impact of the SCSEP program, and we are grateful for their ongoing dedication to helping those in need. As of September 2024, we have graduated two SCSEP trainees who have taken jobs commensurate with the skills they honed at HOPE Missions. We are grateful to Marlo for effectively running a fantastic program!
We invite you to join us in being the hands and feet of Jesus at HOPE Missions. By serving our community with love and compassion, you can make a lasting impact in the lives of those in need. Come be a part of our mission and help bring hope to others!
